1. White Christmas Mojito

INGREDIENTS:

  • juice of 1 lime
  • 8 leaves mint
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white rum
  • 1 tablespoon coconut rum
  • 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
  • sparkling water for topping
  • pomegranate arils for serving

2. Mulled Wine

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle of Merlot or other fruity (but not too sweet!) red wine such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Zinfandel
  • 2 cups orange juice (I either like squeezing my own or buying a 100% pure fresh-squeezed version)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen whole cranberries, rinsed and picked through
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar plus more to taste
  • 1 medium orange (I like to use an organic orange for recipes like this because it will be soaking in the beverage, peel and all)
  • 2 tablespoons whole cloves
  • 2 3-inch cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • Garnishes, if desired: cinnamon sticks, orange slices, and/or fresh cranberries threaded onto a cocktail pick

3. Pomegranate Rosemary Spritzer

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bottle prosecco
  • 2 ounces peach schnapps
  • 4 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 ounces pom juice
  • 1 small bottle mango flavored soda water
  • 6-8 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 fresh pomegranate
  • .5 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

4. Winter Wonderland

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 oz Cream of coconut (such as CocoLopez)
  • 1½ oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1½ oz Creme de Cocoa
  • Ice

5. Raspberry Cream Mimosa

INGREDIENTS  (Serves 4):

  • 1 bag frozen raspberries (approximately 2 cups)
  • 1/4 sugar (or more depending on taste, see below)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 bottle of Martin & Rossi Asti Champagne – or – Sparkling Wine (Asti is more of a sweet champagne, you can use a dryer champagne for more of a bitter sweet taste)
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

6. Jack Frost

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp light corn syrup or simple syrup
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut for garnish
  • 3 cup ice for a thicker drink, use 4 cups
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup vodka or light rum
  • 1/2 cup Blue Curacao
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut (not coconut milk)

7. Hot Buttered Rum

For the Butter:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • pinch ground cloves
  • small pinch salt
For Each Mug:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 heaping T. Hot Buttered Rum batter {from recipe above}
  • 2 oz. dark or dark spiced rum
  • 6 oz. boiling water
  • whipped cream {optional}
  • ground cinnamon or nutmeg for sprinkling {optional}

8. Peppermint Chocolate Martini

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup chocolate milk (non-dairy preferred – I like almond)
  • 1 shot chocolate liqueur
  • 1/2 shot peppermint liqueur
  • crushed peppermint/candy canes, for garnish (optional)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz . Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz . Fireball Whiskey
  • 4 oz . Organic Apple Juice
