10 Most Popular and Delicious Cocktails with Recipes

1) Mai Tai
40 ml White rum (ex: Bacardi, Captain Morgan)
20 ml Dark rum (ex: Appleton, Saint James)
Juice of 1/2 medium fresh lime
15 ml Orange Curaçao liqueur
2 teaspoon orgeat
2 teaspoon rock candy syrup
Mint, lime shell for garnish
Cubed ice

Directions: Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake well for about 10 seconds and strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with lime shell and a sprig of fresh mint.

2) Caesar (aka Canadian Bloody Mary)
60 ml vodka (ex: Grey Goose, Belvedere, Ciroc)
100 ml Clamato juice
1,5 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1,5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 teaspoon finely grated horseradish
1 teaspoon celery salt for glass rim rub
1,5 fresh lemon/lime for rub on glass rim
1 pice of young celery stick
Ice cubes
Add sausage, shrimps, pepper, bacon, pickles, green olives, pickled asparagus at your discretion

Directions: Rub a fresh lemon/lime around rim of a glass and line it with celery salt. Over ice, add vodka, fill with clamato juice, then add the remaining ingredients and stir well to blend. Garnish with a celery stick and any additional ingredients at your choice. Add more tabasco sauce if desired.

3) Piña Colada
45 ml Malibu Coconut Liqueur
30 ml Dark Rum (ex: El Dorado, Bacardi Carta Ocho aged Rum)
1 tablespoon coconut cream/milk
60 ml pineapple juice
Pineapple slices

Directions: Put the ice, frozen pineapple, juice, coconut cream, and the white and dark rums into a blender. Blend until a smooth consistency. Pour the drink into a glass and garnish the rim with pineapple slices and a cherry.

4) Strawberry Mojito
White sugar for rimming
0,5 lime quartered
about 6 chopped fresh mint leaves
3 strawberries quartered
60 ml White Rum (ex: Bacardi Carta Blanca)
90 ml soda water
Crushed ice
30 ml simple syrup
30 ml fresh lime juice

Directions: In a rimmed with sugar chilled highball glass (about 10-12 ounces), muddle the simple syrup, strawberries and mint leaves together with the back of a spoon or muddler. Crush the strawberries and mint leaves well. Stir in the lime juice and rum. Fill the glass with ice and top off with soda water. Gently stir and garnish with mint sprigs, strawberry and lime slices.

5) White Peachy Sangria
Ingredients (pitcher):
1 bottle (750ml) of Moscato Wine (ex: Two oceans, Barefoot)
0,5 litre of ginger ale or club soda (ex: Sprite)
2 teaspoons Brandy (ex: Hennessy, Remy Martin)
2 teaspoons peach Schnapps
2 sliced peaches
1 sliced orange
0,5 sliced and peeled mango
cubed ice
Add strawberries, raspberries, other fruit at your discretion.

Directions: Pour wine and peach Schnapps in the pitcher and add sliced fruits. Stir gently. Chill mixture for at least one hour. Add ginger ale or club soda and ice just before serving.

50 ml rum (ex: Captain Morgan Original Rum, Havana Club)
125 ml cola
1 lime wedge

Directions: Pour lime juice into a highball glass over ice cubes. Add rum, fill with cola, stir, and serve.

50 ml White Rum (ex: Bacardi Carta Blanco)
50 ml blue Curaçao liqueur
1 teaspoon coconut cream
100 ml pineapple juice
Crushed ice
Slice of pineapple and a cherry for garnish
Add a flower (ex: orchid) for garnish

Directions: Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake then strain into a glass with ice and garnish with a flower, pineapple, and cherry.

30 ml light Rum
30 ml dark Rum
30 ml golden Rum
1 part triple Sec Liqueur
30 ml orange juice
30 ml apricot Brandy
1 dash Grenadine or other syrup
15 ml 151-proof Rum (ex: Bacardi)
Ice cubes
Fruit slices, mint, for garnish

Directions: Shake all ingredients except the 151-proof rum in a shaker with ice. Strain into a collins or hurricane glass filled with ice cubes. Float the 151-proof rum on top. Garnish with pineapple, mint and cherry

30 ml vodka (ex: Grey Goose, Stoli)
15 ml cranberry juice
15 ml triple sec liqueur
15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
lime/lemon slice for garnish

Directions: Combine the vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and fill it halfway with ice. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted. Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with the lime or lemon slice.
